Our drive-to-you repair, pickup and drop-off services are offered only by Goat Repair by Cellaxs, located at Carolina Place (11025 Carolina Pl Pkwy, Pineville, NC 28134).

Other Cellaxs locations do not offer these mobile services, are not authorized to provide them on our behalf, and are not responsible for them. Likewise, we are not responsible for quotes, repairs, warranties or services provided by any other location, and other locations cannot honor ours.

Devices that have been dropped, cracked, bent, exposed to liquid, or previously opened or repaired can have hidden damage. A repair may reveal problems that were already there, and fragile parts can fail during a repair because of prior damage.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects, or for problems unrelated to the repair we performed. Liquid-damaged devices can be unpredictable, so we cannot guarantee that they will work fully or for long after a repair.

We are not responsible for damage caused by you or anyone else before or after our repair. This includes drops, cracks, bends, liquid exposure, misuse, and any attempt by you or another repair shop to open or repair the device.

Our 90-day warranty covers the parts we install and our labor against defects, starting from the day the repair is completed.

It does not cover new physical or liquid damage, normal wear, software problems, accessories, lost or stolen devices, or devices that have been opened or repaired by anyone else after our repair. Proof of repair (your order or reference number) is required.

Please back up your device before any repair. Repairs can, in rare cases, result in data loss. We are not responsible for lost data, photos, contacts, apps or settings.

For some repairs we may need your passcode to test the device. You can choose to share it or to test the device yourself with us.

Opening a device can affect its factory water and dust resistance. After any repair, we cannot guarantee that your device will remain water resistant.

We may use high-quality replacement parts that are not made by the original manufacturer unless you request and pay for original parts where available. Some manufacturer features (such as True Tone, Face ID or battery health readings) may behave differently after a repair on certain models.

An independent repair may affect any remaining manufacturer warranty or carrier coverage. Please check yours before booking.

Estimates are based on the information you give us and may change after we inspect the device. We will contact you before doing any additional work that changes the price.

By booking a repair or selling us a device, you confirm that you own it or are authorized by the owner. We may refuse devices that are reported lost or stolen, locked to an account, or blacklisted, and we may verify ownership before paying for a device.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any repair or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that repair or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of use, income or data.

Goat Repair by Cellaxs is an independent repair business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized service provider for Apple, Samsung, Google or any other manufacturer. Product names and logos, and any device images shown on this site, belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the devices we repair.
